What’s the Difference between Apple cider and Apple Juice?

#NoFilter.  Sometimes there is no difference between commercially bought apple cider and apple juice – apparently it is not regulated by the FDA. But, normally, the difference is apple cider is not filtered (so you get the pulp and sendiment).  Which means, the drink will look cloudy and have an amazing taste (and should always be refrigerated).  It happens to be rich in “good flora” (if you know, you know).
