April 2011

Hello!  We are going to post some Pesach (Passover) recipes soon.  We are starting to gear up for Pesach – but this year we are not going to cater Pesach – we are due (b’sha’a tova – in the right time) the day after Passover.

Pesach is a great time to try fresh vegetable recipes – any fresh produce you can get – makes for some wonderful side dishes.  We are going to post a delicious cauliflower “popcorn” recipe – it’s one of my favorites.  Watch out for Quinua – it was kosher l’pesach last year – but this year (according to Star-K) it needs a kosher l’pesach certification.

Take care,
