Italiano Special, Thanksgiving Menu November 12th, 2010

We continue to have a very good response to our sushi.  You can have fresh sushi Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday – with the added choice of having sushi for Shabbos as well.  We make all kinds – with raw fish, spicy, sashimi, with veggies, tofu, egg, california roll, and specialty rolls – whatever you would like.  There are 8 pieces to the normal roll ($6 per roll).

Italian Special: For $15 a person (please order by Wednesday at noon):

Appetizer:

  • Bruschetta

Fish Course (for an additional $8):

  • Italian Fish and Vegetables in Papillotte (baked in an airtight container of parchment paper so that the fish steams and looks like a little package)

Soup:

  • Minestrone

Main Course:

  • Chicken Vesuvio (white wine, peas and potatoes)

Meat Course (for an additional $5 instead of the chicken, an additional $10 if also having chicken):

  • Pasta Bolognese

Side Dishes (you can pick 2):

  • Roasted Beets
  • Tuscan Orange and Fennel Salad
  • Pasta side dish (with a white sauce – goes nicely with the Chicken Vesuvio)

Extras:

  • Homemade Garlic Bread ($2 a person)

Dessert (for an additional $5 a person)

  • Tiramisu

Thanksgiving Menu

  • Butternut Squash Soup – $4 a serving
  • FAMOUS Spinach and Herb Dip – $7 small tub, $12 large tub
  • Stuffed Acorn Squash $4 (stuffed with challah, onions, celery and a touch of brown sugar and spices)
  • Turkey $9 a serving or $100 for a whole turkey with stuffing.
  • Grammy Margaret’s Homemade Cranberry Sauce – $3 a serving
  • Zucchini Weave (stuffed with couscous, dates, cranberries, onions) $40 (serves 8-12)
  • Steamed Corn – $3 a serving
  • Steamed Broccoli – $4 a serving
  • Sweet potatoes (with marshmallow on top) – $4.50 a serving
  • Mashed Potatoes (with or without garlic) $4 a serving
  • Homemade stuffing $3 a serving
  • Pumpkin Pie – $20 for 9 inch, $25 for 10 inch
  • Aunt Bellanne’s Pecan Pie – $20 for 9 inch, $25 for 10 inch
  • Apple Pie – $15 for 9 inch, $20 for 10 inch

Please order by the November 18th.  Delivery and Pick up will be on November, Wednesday the 24th
