December 24th, 2010 Dipping Sauce Special
Hello! Nava’s 3rd birthday is this week. Cupcakes for every portion ordered, hooray! Our Lighter Side of French Cooking class went very well, next Monday (the 27th) we’re going to have the “make up” class for those who couldn’t make it – let me know if you are interested.
As usual, we will continue having our sushi for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. You can have raw fish, cooked fish, veggies, tofu, egg or any combination. $6 per roll.
Next week we will send out a fun New Year’s special.
In Denver there is a restaurant that is focused on sauces and serves 3 “dips” for each entree. I have been wanting to make this a Shabbos special for a long time. For whichever protein you choose you will get 3 sauces – each main entree will be broiled, roasted, or poached. We recommended 3 sauces, however, you can mix and match. I would *strongly* recommend emailing me your choices, as opposed to calling, so that I don’t lose track of them.
Dipping Sauce Special – $15 a person – Please let us know if you are ordering by noon on Wednesday
- Potato and Leek Soup
- Salmon or Tuna: Red Curry, Black Pepper Aioli, Cilantro Pesto
- Chicken: Red Curry, Dried Berry Chutney, Thai Peanut Sauce
- Beef ($10 upgrade): Carolina BBQ, Black Pepper Aioli and Cilantro Pesto
- Tofu : Dried Berry Chutney, Thai Peanut Sauce, Red Curry
Sides (you can pick 2):
- Roasted Vegetables
- Sweet Potato Puree
- Jasmine Rice
Dessert ($5 upgrade):
- Chocolate Decadence Cake with Raspberry Sauce

For orders over $75 and in the eruv, there is free delivery. For orders under $75 there is a $5 delivery charge or you can pick up.
